Why the Foundation

We started the Foundation to bring this life-changing training to more young adults. Our program provides hands-on, practical skills that students need and employers want. Schools don’t have the resources or curriculum to deliver this type of training, which means these fundamental skills are deteriorating and getting worse. We need to get back to the basics as young adults lack confidence when it comes to taking the next step into the real world. All students, regardless of career aspirations, benefit from these skills, tools and techniques.

Through strong partnerships and a diverse donor network, Dardis Foundation is able to provide scholarships to students who want and need this training.

Giving Back

Developing people is our culture at Dardis. That’s why our company, employees, and our Foundation, work together to give back and develop young professionals. Our charitable giving is based on a simple philosophy: by developing more people with the skills and tools they need to be successful in life we are able to have the greatest impact on our future generations. To date:

  • We’ve donated professional training to over 1,000 students
  • We’ve donated over $1M in professional training and apparel for students needing communication training and clothing for job interviews
  • We’ve donated microlearning reinforcement to help ensure the skills ‘stick’
